Once you've booked your event at ICC Belfast, you will be assigned a dedicated Production Manager who will create a full vision for your event. From creating a bold impact when your delegates arrive, to ensuring they are all connected through out the event.
ICC Belfast's production team can create stunning stage sets, eye-catching visuals and completely transform your event space. We treat every event as a blank canvas and a unique opportunity to be creative.
We can bring the venue to life with projection mapping on our external walls or give your dinner an unforgettable interactive experience with table projections. The possibilities are endless! Not to mention the extra event coverage you will receive as your delegates capture these unique moments.
As your delegates will be spending a lot of time within sessions, why not give the stage a new dimension. A creative and banded stage set can be a great opportunity to continue your theme across spaces, as well as being a wonderful branding opportunity for sponsors. Your production manager can create a full custom designed stage set for your needs or look at one of our other creative options.
Keeping all your sessions and spaces connected is key for a seamless event experience. Using our in-house network, our speaker preview is a highspeed way for speakers to share content between spaces. Hosted by our friendly AV team, we will work with your presenters to make sure their content is seamlessly shared to their theatre space.
The ICC Belfast is constantly updating our technical equipment. In an ever-changing industry, we ensure all of our equipment is well maintained and kept up-to date. You can be sure that from microphones to intelligent moving lights, all of our equipment is up to the high standard you would expect from the ICC Belfast. From ultra-wide screens, impressive lighting rigs and a wide range of rigging solutions, we will make sure our production solution is as unique as your event is.
ICC Belfast is proud to offer a new fantastic solution to keep your delegates engaged with your speakers. Your attendees will be able to view live slides on their device (laptop, tablet or phone) without the need of downloading an app. With this, they can also vote, interact and ask questions from one single platform. We also appreciate that, for an organizer, data is key. We will capture all the data from your event, including how your delegates interacted in each session, and which speakers were more popular. This will be delivered on an event scorecard for you, your senior team or your sponsors.
