Once ICC Belfast has been confirmed as your venue of choice, a team of event delivery experts is assembled. This includes a dedicated event manager, production manager and hospitality manager. Each with their own specialist knowledge and skills, they’ll be on hand to answer any queries in the lead up to your event. You’ll meet with this team for an ideation session to kick off your planning journey. Aspirations will be shared at this stage in order to curate a best in class, emotionally fuelled event experience for you and your delegates right here in Belfast.
